Utility project charge definition

Utility project charge means a charge levied on customers of a publicly owned utility to pay the financing costs of utility cost containment bonds issued pursuant to the bill. The term includes any authorized adjustment to the utility project charge.
Utility project charge means a nonbypassable charge levied on Customers of a Publicly Owned Utility to pay on a timely basis, as scheduled, the Financing Costs of Utility Cost Containment Bonds. The term includes any adjustments to the Utility Project Charge.

  • Project Costs means all allowable costs, as set forth in the applicable Federal cost principles, incurred by a recipient and the value of the contribu- tions made by third parties in accom- plishing the objectives of the award during the project period.

  • Utility Costs means utility and home energy costs related to the occupancy of rental property (e.g. electricity, gas, water and sewer, trash removal, and energy costs (such as fuel oil)) that are separately-stated charges.
