Final Residential Subdivision definition

Final Residential Subdivision means a Final Subdivision that creates individual lots for which building permits may be issued for residential dwelling units without further subdivision of such property.
Final Residential Subdivision means a subdivision of property subject to residential development by a condominium plan or through the recordation of a final map, parcel map or lot line adjustment, resulting in that property's final configuration and which permits the issuance of building permits.

  • Residential facility means a home or facility that is licensed by the department of developmental disabilities under section 5123.19 of the Revised Code and in which a child with a developmental disability resides.
