Residential Dwelling Units definition

Residential Dwelling Units means a housekeeping unit designed, occupied, or intended for occupancy, as separate living quarters, with cooking, sleeping and sanitary facilities provided within the dwelling unit for the exclusive use of a family maintaining a household.
Residential Dwelling Units or “Unit(s)” include all types of residential dwelling units on the Property including, but not limited to: single-family homes, duplexes, town homes, condominiums, and rental apartments, constructed within the Property, and certified as ready for occupancy, whether occupied or not; but excluding commercial buildings/structures, common areas under the control of an association such as a homeowner’s or property owner’s association, and the commercial portions of mixed-use buildings. Notwithstanding the service descriptions below, AT&T may modify the Bulk Services at any time during the Term to conform to the equivalent service available to similarly situated AT&T residential customers in the same geographic area. AT&T shall notify End Users of such changes in the same manner as it provides such notice to its residential subscribers. The Bulk Service(s) will be made available to Association for use by End Users pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and will at a minimum be substantially similar to services provided to similarly situated AT&T customers in the local area in which the Property is located. AT&T’s Internet 1000 data product with downstream speeds of up to 940 Mbps will be made available to Association for use by End Users pursuant to this Agreement. The data Bulk Service shall include the features that are made available by AT&T for the equivalent retail offering of data services to similarly situated AT&T residential customers in the same geographic area.
Residential Dwelling Units means an attached or detached dwelling unit in private ownership. This includes single-family residential, multi-family residential, condominium, and townhome units.

Examples of Residential Dwelling Units in a sentence

  • The Maximum Residential Units in the Planned Community shall be six thousand three hundred and thirty (6,330) Residential Dwelling Units.

  • Developer’s successors in interest as holders of title to the Property (except purchasers of completed Residential Dwelling Units) and assignees shall be bound by the terms of this MDA.

  • Any building consisting of more than four (4) Residential Dwelling Units, each with individual kitchens.

  • Each sale of a Parcel shall include a written designation of the maximum number of Residential Dwelling Units allocated to that parcel.

  • If Master Developer sells or conveys Parcels of lands to Subdevelopers or related parties, the lands so sold and conveyed shall bear the same rights, privileges, configurations, and number of Residential Dwelling Units as applicable to such Parcel and be subject to the same limitations and rights of the City when owned by or Master Developer and as set forth in this MDA without any required approval, review, or consent by the City except as otherwise provided herein.

  • Such information shall include the identity and address of the acquiring party, a proper contact person, the location and number of acres of the Property transferred, and the number of Residential Dwelling Units and/or mixed use or commercial acreage and square footage of the building area, as applicable, subject to the transfer.

  • Master Developer acknowledges that the development of the potential number of Residential Dwelling Units and every other aspect of the Master Plan requires that each Development Application comply with the City’s Vested Laws including, without limitation, the City’s geologic hazards requirements.

  • Any units for care of persons in the Assisted Living Facility shall not count for or against the Maximum Residential Dwelling Units nor for or against the residential/commercial timing relationship specified in Section 3.4.

  • Master Developer’s selling or conveying lots in any approved Subdivision to home builders or end users (i.e. owners of individual Residential Dwelling Units) shall not be deemed to be an “assignment” subject to the above- referenced approval by the Town.

  • If Association controls wiring between the Demarcs and the wall jacks inside the Unit, the Association shall provide and maintain its wire, cable, and connector jacks from the Demarcs to the wall jacks in the Residential Dwelling Units (“Inside Wire”) and while AT&T is using a specific portion of Inside Wire within a Residential Dwelling Unit to provide an AT&T Service, allow AT&T to be the only user of such portion of Inside Wire.


More Definitions of Residential Dwelling Units

Residential Dwelling Units means any residential attached or detached dwelling unit constructed or to be constructed for habitable living purposes located on an Assessor’s Parcel as indicated in the records of the County Assessor, or, if not indicated, as otherwise determined by the CFD Administrator based on available official information, including Building Permit(s) issued. This includes, but is not limited to, single family residential, multi-family residential, apartment, condominium, and townhome units.
Residential Dwelling Units means all Single-Family Units and Multi-Family Rental Units.
Residential Dwelling Units means residential dwelling units within the Project, including 160 Affordable Dwelling Units, of which ten (10) shall be Affordable Artist Live/Work Units, and up to 165 market rate condominiums, which may include Live/Work Units.
