Final Environmental Impact Statement definition

Final Environmental Impact Statement means the Plains & Eastern Clean Line Transmission Line Project Final Environmental Impact Statement and all Appendices, dated October 2015, Document No. DOE/EIS-0486.

Final Environmental Impact Statement means the statement provided by the applicant and approved by the Administrator in accordance with chapter 43.21C RCW, as it now exists or is hereafter amended.
