Fiduciary Assets definition

Fiduciary Assets means the assets transferred under the Fiduciary Agreement.
Fiduciary Assets means, as of any date, the amount of assets that would be reflected in respect of the caption "Assets restricted to settlement of MoneyGram transactions" on a balance sheet of the Company prepared as of such date in accordance with the policies applied in the preparation of the audited balance sheet of the Company dated as of December 31, 1995 contained in the Registration Statement.
