Non-bank fiduciary or agent definition

Non-bank fiduciary or agent means a fiduciary or agent other than (a) a bank, as defined in Section 3(a)(2) of the Securities Act, or (b) a savings and loan association, as defined in Section 3(a)(5)(A) of the Securities Act.

  • Designated Bank Account means the relevant bank account designated by each Holder;

  • Fiduciary Account means an account in which the lawyer deposits fiduciary property.

  • Authorized Bank Account means any Officially Designated bank account to which redemption proceeds may be sent.

  • Nominated Bank Account means MDL’s bank account as notified by MDL to the other Party from time to time.

  • Named Fiduciary means the Fiduciary or Fiduciaries named herein or in the Adoption Agreement who jointly or severally have the authority to control and manage the operation and administration of the Plan.

  • JPMCB means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.

  • Bank of America means Bank of America, N.A. and its successors.

  • Custodian bank means as defined in section 515.35.

  • Lockbox Bank means a depository institution named by the Servicer and acceptable to the Controlling Party.

  • Client Bank Account means an account held in the name of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor; and/or an account held in the name of the Company on behalf of the Client with a Bank and/or other institution and/or any electronic payment provider and/or a credit card processor.

  • DBTCA means Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas.

  • Authorizing agent means a person who is legally entitled to

  • Successor Agent has the meaning set out in Section 15.10.

  • Agent means any Registrar or Paying Agent.

  • Plan Fiduciary As defined in Section 5.3(o).

  • Special administrator means a personal representative as described in Sections 75-3-614 through 75-3-618.

  • UK Non-Bank Lender means where a Lender becomes a Party after the day on which this Agreement is entered into, a Lender which gives a Tax Confirmation in the Assignment Agreement or Transfer Certificate which it executes on becoming a Party.

  • Recordkeeper means a “financial intermediary” as defined in Rule 22c-2 of the Investment Company Act.

  • Regional Administrator means the Regional Administrator of Region 10 of the EPA, or the authorized representative of the Regional Administrator.

  • Independent Custodian means Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch.

  • Tender Agent means, with respect to each Group of 2021 Series J Variable Rate Bonds, The Bank of New York Mellon, a New York banking corporation, and its successors and any corporation resulting from or surviving any consolidation or merger to which it or its successors may be a party, or any successor Tender Agent appointed in accordance with the terms of this Supplemental Resolution.

  • Designated Agent means any entity that performs actions or functions on behalf of the Transmission Provider, a Transmission Owner, an Eligible Customer, or the Transmission Customer required under the Tariff. Designated Entity:

  • School administrator means a superintendent, principal or his/her designee assistant principal//technical center director or his/her designee and/or the District’s Equity Coordinator.

  • Account Administrator means the person(s) who have been granted authority by Customer to set up, amend, or otherwise control settings and/or make additional purchases for the Account via the Administrative Portal. Account Administrators may have varying levels of Account rights, skills, or permissions.

  • Administration Account As defined in Section 7.02.
