Company Related Parties means, collectively, (i) the Company and its Subsidiaries; and (ii) the former, current and future holders of any equity, controlling persons, Representatives, Affiliates, members, managers, general or limited partners, stockholders and assignees of each of the Company, its Subsidiaries and each of their respective Affiliates.
Company Related Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3(b).
Company Related Parties is defined in Section 8.3(d) of the Agreement.
Examples of Company Related Parties in a sentence
This Agreement is not intended to and shall not confer upon any Person other than the parties hereto any rights or remedies hereunder; provided, however, that it is specifically intended that (a) the D&O Indemnified Parties (with respect to Section 6.7 from and after the Effective Time) and (b) the Company Related Parties (with respect to Section 8.3) are express third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
