Fee Study definition

Fee Study means the studies prepared by CVAG and adopted by the City Council, which supports the fee established by this chapter, and includes all the underlying reports and documents referenced therein.
Fee Study means a study adopted by resolution of the board, that analyzes the connection between project residential and/or non-residential development and the cost of addressing the need for affordable and employee housing for lower income households created by new development.
Fee Study means the June 12, 2013 Santa Clara Valley Habitat Plan Development Fee Nexus Study by Willdan Financial Services and any amendments or updates thereto. The Fee Study is maintained for public review in the Office of the Secretary of the Habitat Agency and the office of the Executive Officer of the Habitat Agency.
