Formula for Distribution to Class Members.Class Members’ distributions from the Net Settlement Fund will be determined on a pro rata basis, based on the amount of relevant fees assessed to the Class Member, which will be established by the Settlement Administrator after receiving the amount of relevant fees at issue in this lawsuit assessed to each Class Member from the Fee Expert.
