Sufficient Funds Class definition

Sufficient Funds Class means those members of Defendant who received an overdraft fee on a non-business account when at the time the transaction posted to the member’s account the ledger balance was equal to or greater than the transaction causing the overdraft between November 19, 2009 and April 30, 2019.
Sufficient Funds Class means those members of Defendant who were assessed and who paid an overdraft fee between February 21, 2011 and October 31, 2016, on any type of payment transaction and at the time such fee was assessed the member had sufficient money in his or her ledger balance to cover the transaction that resulted in the fee.
Sufficient Funds Class means those members of Defendant who became members of Defendant prior to March 1, 2018, and were assessed an overdraft fee between June 15, 2012 and June 15, 2019, on any type of payment transaction and at the time such fee was assessed the member had sufficient money in his or her ledger balance to cover the transaction that resulted in the fee.

  • Sufficient Funds Class: All current or former members of Defendant who were assessed Sufficient Funds Overdraft Fees on a consumer account.

More Definitions of Sufficient Funds Class

Sufficient Funds Class means those members of Defendant who were assessed an Overdraft Fee between June 15, 2012 and June 15, 2019, on any type of payment transaction and at the time such fee was assessed the member had sufficient money in his or her ledger balance to cover the transaction that resulted in the fee.
Sufficient Funds Class means those current and former customers of Defendant who are residents of Indiana, Kentucky, or any other State, who have or had an account with Defendant and who were assessed Sufficient Funds Fees during the Class Period.
Sufficient Funds Class means those members who were assessed Sufficient Funds Overdraft Fees, which shall mean overdraft fees that Defendant assessed and did not refund from February 19, 2010 to May 20, 2020 when there was enough money in the customer’s account to cover the transaction in question if holds placed on deposits and pending debit card transactions were not deducted from the account.
Sufficient Funds Class means those customers of Glens Falls or Saratoga who, from July 1, 2014 to July 1, 2021, paid a Sufficient Funds Overdraft Charge that was not refunded.
Sufficient Funds Class means those members of Defendant who paid a Sufficient Funds Overdraft Charge that was not refunded.
Sufficient Funds Class comprised of members with accounts with Defendant who incurred overdraft fees when they had a positive ledger balance in their account that was sufficient to cover the transaction, despite an insufficient available balance to cover the transaction.
Sufficient Funds Class means all current or former members of Defendant who were assessed Sufficient Funds Overdraft Fees on a consumer account.
