Fee Approved Specialist definition

Fee Approved Specialist means a specialist who is recognised for Benefit purposes in connection with the provision of Treatment to Members; GMC: means the UK General Medical Council;
Fee Approved Specialist means a specialist who: (a) complies with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement; (b) agrees to charge AXA PPP in accordance with the Contracted Fee Schedule and Fees; and (c) agrees not to charge Members directly or indirectly for any additional charges except as set out in clause 5.1.3 below;

Related to Fee Approved Specialist

  • Architect means the person or other entity engaged by the PHA to perform architectural, engineering, design, and other services related to the work as provided for in the contract. When a PHA uses an engineer to act in this capacity, the terms “architect” and “engineer” shall be synonymous. The Architect shall serve as a technical representative of the Contracting Officer. The Architect’s authority is as set forth elsewhere in this contract.

  • Professional Engineer means a person entitled to practise as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario under a licence issued under the Professional Engineers Act;

  • Site Engineer means an Engineer appointed by the SBIIMS at site as their representative for day-to-day supervision of work and to give instructions to the contractors.

  • Structural Engineer means the Engineer appointed or to be appointed from time to time by Promoter for the preparation of the structural design and drawings of the buildings .

  • Geotechnical engineer means a professional engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories and whose principal field of specialization is the design and construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment;
