Schedule and Fees. The initial meeting is scheduled for 30 minutes and is free. Each session lasts 45 minutes unless a longer session time is agreed with the Coach. A refund of the full session fee or unused session blocks can be obtained provided that at least 48 hours’ notice is given subject to an administration fee of £10. If payment is not made prior to a coaching session we will call the client to arrange payment. We request that payment in full is made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

By signing this agreement, you are committing to a minimum of six sessions unless your goals are achieved sooner or there are extenuating circumstances. Standard consulting session fees are agreed upon between Tolu Coaches, LLC and client but may be pro-rated based on agreement made with your Life Coach, i.e., income-based, nonprofit arrangements or other discounts. Referrals Your referrals are welcome as it is an honor to be recommended by you. In return for your referral, you will be rewarded with a free session once your referral has scheduled and attended their first free strategy session. Release of Information Your name and other personal information regarding our work together will not be released without your consent, within the guidelines of the Limits of Confidentiality. At some time during your consulting process, you may be invited to provide a testimonial regarding our work together but only with your consent and only the testimonial and any identifying information you wish to be shared will be released. A separate form denoting your consent to release your information will be provided at that time.
