Farm Labor Housing definition

Farm Labor Housing means structures located on farm operation property that are being inhabited by the employees of the farm. These structures are typically dormitory style housing that may include amenities such as common bathrooms, kitchens, or laundry facilities.
Farm Labor Housing. (land use) means and includes dwellings, mobile homes, rooming and boarding houses and mess halls for farms and agricultural workers employed on land occupied by the owner of the site on which quarters are located. See Section 17.56.090 (Caretaker and employee housing).
Farm Labor Housing means structures used to house seasonal and/or full-time employees where such residences are provided by the farm landowner and/or operator, the worker is an essential employee of the farm landowner and/or operator employed in the operation of the farm and the farm worker is not a partner or owner of the farm operation.

Farm Labor Housing means structures used to house seasonal and/or full-time employees and their family members where such residences are provided by the farm landowner and/or operator, the worker is an essential employee of the farm landowner and/or operator employed in the operation of the farm and the farm worker is not a partner or owner of the farm operation. Amobile or manufactured home used as the primary residence of a farm owner is not Farm Labor Housing;
Farm Labor Housing means housing constructed on a commercial farm as defined by the Right to Farm Act, N.J.S.A. 4:1C-1 et seq., for any person (and the family of such person) who receives a substantial portion of his or her income from primary production of agricultural or aquacultural commodities or the handling of such commodities in the unprocessed stage.
