Expense Application definition

Expense Application means the application to the English Court seeking, inter alia, an order requiring that an Expense Creditor must make a demand in writing for the payment of its claim for an Administration Expense on or before a bar date, a copy of which is set out at Annex 12 (Expense Application and draft order) and full details of which including the exhibits thereto can be found on the CVA Website;

  • Objecting is telling the Court that you do not like something about the proposed Settlement, Plan of Allocation, or Lead Counsel’s Fee and Expense Application.

  • If you are a Settlement Class Member, you can object to the Settlement or any of its terms, the proposed Plan of Allocation of the Net Settlement Fund, and/or Lead Counsel’s Fee and Expense Application.

  • Any submissions filed in response to any objections or in further support of the Settlement, the Plan of Allocation and/or the Fee and Expense Application shall be filed no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the Settlement Hearing.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Lead Plaintiffs shall not have the right to terminate the Settlement due to any decision, ruling, or order respecting the Fee and Expense Application or any plan of allocation.

  • Fee and Expense Application means the motion to be filed by Class Counsel, in which they will seek approval of an award of attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses, as well as an Incentive Award for the Class Representative.

  • Biologics License Application or “BLA” means an application requesting permission from the FDA to introduce, or deliver for introduction, a biological product into interstate commerce, or any similar application or submission for marketing authorization of a product filed with a Regulatory Authority to obtain Regulatory Approval for such product in a country or group of countries.

  • Drug Approval Application means, with respect to a Licensed Product in the Territory, an application for Regulatory Approval for such product in a country in the Territory. For purposes of clarity, Drug Approval Application shall include, without limitation, (a) an NDA or BLA (for U.S.) or MAA (for Europe); (b) a counterpart of an NDA, BLA or MAA in any country or region in the Territory; and (c) all supplements (including supplemental applications such as sNDAs) and amendments to the foregoing.

  • Drug Application means a new drug application, an abbreviated drug application, or a product license application for any Product, as appropriate, as those terms are defined in the FDCA.

  • New Drug Application means a New Drug Application filed with the FDA in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Planning Application means the application for [outline/full] planning permission dated [ ] bearing the Council’s reference number [ ];

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Application Approval Date means the date that the Application is approved by the Board of Trustees of the District and as further identified in Section 2.3.B of this Agreement.
