EXPECTED RESET DATE has the meaning set forth in Section 5(a)(i). A "Failed Remarketing" shall be deemed to have occurred if, following the giving of notice by the Requesting Holders to the Remarketing Agent as contemplated by Section 5(a)(i), the settlement of a purchase and sale of the Trust Securities (or, if applicable, the Subordinated Notes) shall not have occurred within the applicable time limit specified in this Agreement and in any event if such a settlement shall not have occurred by the 27th Business Day following the giving of such notice by the Requesting Holders.

Related to EXPECTED RESET DATE

  • Subsequent Reset Date means the date or dates specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Reset Date means the First Reset Date, the Second Reset Date and each Subsequent Reset Date (as applicable);

  • Second Reset Date means the date specified as such in the Final Terms;

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Interest Reset Date means, with respect to any Interest Period with respect to the Floating Rate Notes, the first day of such Interest Period; provided that if any Interest Reset Date would otherwise be a day that is not a Business Day, that Interest Reset Date will be postponed to the next succeeding day that is a Business Day, except that if that Business Day falls in the next succeeding calendar month, such Interest Reset Date will be the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Three-Month Secondary CD Rate means, for any day, the secondary market rate for three-month certificates of deposit reported as being in effect on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day) by the Board through the public information telephone line of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (which rate will, under the current practices of the Board, be published in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15(519) during the week following such day) or, if such rate is not so reported on such day or such next preceding Business Day, the average of the secondary market quotations for three-month certificates of deposit of major money center banks in New York City received at approximately 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day) by the Administrative Agent from three negotiable certificate of deposit dealers of recognized standing selected by it.

  • Interest Reset Period The period beginning on the applicable Reset Date and ending on the calendar day preceding the next Reset Date.

  • Optional Reset Date has the meaning specified in Section 307(b).

  • Expected Final Payment Date means, with respect to each Series or, if applicable, each Class of Securitization Bonds, the date when all interest and principal is scheduled to be paid with respect to that Series or Class in accordance with the Expected Amortization Schedule, as specified in the Series Supplement therefor.

  • Reset Determination Date means, in respect of the First Reset Period, the second Business Day prior to the First Reset Date and, in respect of each Subsequent Reset Period thereafter, the second Business Day prior to the first day of each such Subsequent Reset Period;

  • Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on and including June 30, 2020.

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.

  • Subsequent Reset Rate of Interest means, in respect of any Subsequent Reset Period and subject to Condition 4(b)(ii), the rate of interest determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant Reset Determination Date as the sum of the relevant Mid-Swap Rate and the relevant Subsequent Margin.

  • ABR Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Pricing Rate Determination Date means with respect to any Pricing Rate Period with respect to any Transaction, the second (2nd) Business Day preceding the first day of such Pricing Rate Period.
