If any such conversion of a Transaction occurs on a day that is not the last day of the then current Pricing Rate Period with respect to such Transaction, Seller shall pay to Purchaser any applicable Breakage Costs.
With respect to any Transaction, the Pricing Rate shall be determined initially on the Pricing Rate Determination Date applicable to the first Pricing Rate Period for such Transaction and shall be reset on the Pricing Rate Determination Date for each of the next succeeding Pricing Rate Periods for such Transaction.
