Existing Territories definition

Existing Territories means Italy, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Germany and France;
Existing Territories means the countries or regions with respect to which the Existing Distributor holds the distribution rights as of the date hereof under the Existing International Distribution Agreement, which Existing Territories are listed on Schedule 1.01(b).
