Existing Swingline Loans definition

Existing Swingline Loans means “Swingline Loans” under and as defined in the Existing Revolving Credit Agreement.
Existing Swingline Loans means each “Swingline Loan” outstanding under the Original Credit Agreement, immediately prior to the Restatement Effective Date.
Existing Swingline Loans is defined in the first recital.

More Definitions of Existing Swingline Loans

Existing Swingline Loans means all the loans that (a) were made in accordance with Section 2.20 hereunder prior to the Effective Date and (b) are outstanding on the Effective Date.
