Definition of US Swingline Loan


US Swingline Loan means any swingline loan denominated in Dollars made by the applicable Swingline Lender to the US Borrower pursuant to Section 2.2, and all such swingline loans collectively as the context requires.

Examples of US Swingline Loan in a sentence

The U.S. Swingline Loans shall be U.S. Base Rate Loans and bear interest as set forth in Section 3.1. Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall constitute a Revolver Loan for all purposes except that payments thereon shall be made to the U.S. Swingline Lender for its own account.
Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be subject to all the terms and conditions applicable to other ABR Loans funded by the U.S. Revolving Lenders, except that all payments thereon shall be payable to the U.S. Swingline Lender solely for its own account.
Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify (A) that a U.S. Swingline Loan advance is requested, (B) the date of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance (which shall be a Business Day) and (C) the principal amount of the U.S. Swingline Loan advance requested.
Each US Swingline Loan shall be an ABR Loan, each Canadian Swingline Loan in Canadian Dollars shall be a Canadian Prime Loan, each Canadian Swingline Loan in dollars shall be an ABR Loan and each UK Swingline Loan shall be an Overnight LIBO Loan.
Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify the requested date (which shall be a Business Day) and the amount of the requested US Swingline Loan.
