U.S. Swingline Loan definition

U.S. Swingline Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.04 as a “U.S. Swingline Loan.”

Examples of U.S. Swingline Loan in a sentence

  • Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify (A) that a U.S. Swingline Loan advance is requested, (B) the date of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan advance (which shall be a Business Day) and (C) the principal amount of the U.S. Swingline Loan advance requested.

  • Such amounts transferred to the Administrative Agent shall be applied against the amounts of the U.S. Swingline Lender’s U.S. Swingline Loans and, together with U.S. Swingline Lender’s Pro Rata Percentage of such U.S. Swingline Loan, shall constitute U.S. Revolving Loans of such Revolving Lenders.

  • Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify the requested date (which shall be a Business Day) and amount of the requested U.S. Swingline Loan.

  • Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall constitute a U.S. Revolver Loan for all purposes (including, without limitation, Section 2.1), except that payments thereon shall be made to the Agent for its own account.

  • Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be subject to all the terms and conditions applicable to other ABR Loans funded by the Lenders, except that all payments thereon shall be payable to the U.S. Swingline Lender solely for its own account.
