Existing Revolving Credit Loans definition

Existing Revolving Credit Loans shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(g)(ii).

In order to establish any Extended Revolving Credit Commitments, the Borrower shall provide a notice to the Administrative Agent (who shall provide a copy of such notice to each of the Lenders of the applicable Class of Existing Revolving Credit Commitments which such request shall be offered equally to all such Lenders) (a “Revolving Credit Loan Extension Request” and, together with a Term Loan Extension Request, an “Extension Request”) setting forth the proposed terms of the Extended Revolving Credit Commitments to be established, which shall not be materially more restrictive to the Credit Parties (as determined in good faith by the Borrower), when taken as a whole, than the terms of the applicable Existing Revolving Credit Commitments (the “Specified Existing Revolving Credit Commitment”) unless (x) the Lenders providing Existing Revolving Credit Commitments receive the benefit of such more restrictive terms or (y) any such provisions apply after the latest maturity date of any Revolving Credit Commitments then outstanding under this Agreement, in each case, to the extent provided in the applicable Extension Amendment; provided, however, that (w) all or any of the final maturity dates of such Extended Revolving Credit Commitments may be delayed to later dates than the final maturity dates of the Specified Existing Revolving Credit Commitments, (x) (A) the interest margins and floors with respect to the Extended Revolving Credit Commitments may be higher or lower than the interest margins and floors for the Specified Existing Revolving Credit Commitments and/or (B) additional fees and premiums may be payable to the Lenders providing such Extended Revolving Credit Commitments in addition to or in lieu of any increased margins and floors contemplated by the preceding clause (A) and (y) the commitment fee rate with ...
