Existing Exchange Securities definition

Existing Exchange Securities. The 10½% Senior Notes due 2018, of the same series under the Indenture as the Existing Securities, which were issued to Holders in accordance with the terms of the Registration Rights Agreement, dated as of May 5, 2010.
Existing Exchange Securities. The Existing Exchange Notes and the related Guarantees, if any, attached thereto.

Existing Exchange Securities means the 11.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2014, of the same series under the Indenture as the Existing Securities without restrictive legends or transfer restrictions, that were issued to holders of the Existing Securities in an exchange offer pursuant to the 2009 Registration Rights Agreement.
Existing Exchange Securities means the 7.625% Second Lien Senior Secured Notes due 2020 and the related guarantee thereto, of the same series under the Indenture as the Existing Securities without restrictive legends or transfer restrictions, that were issued to Holders of the Existing Securities in an exchange offer pursuant to the Existing Registration Rights Agreement.

  • Investor Securities means the securities eligible for registration pursuant to the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • Senior Securities means senior securities (as such term is defined and determined pursuant to the Investment Company Act and any orders of the SEC issued to the Borrower thereunder).

  • Telephone Exchange Service means a service within a telephone exchange, or within a connected system of telephone exchanges within the same exchange area operated to furnish to End User Customers intercommunicating service of the character ordinarily furnished by a single exchange, and which is covered by the Exchange Service charge, or comparable service provided through a system of Switches, transmission equipment or other facilities (or combinations thereof) by which a subscriber can originate and terminate a Telecommunications Service.

  • Restricted Note has the same meaning as “Restricted Security” set forth in Rule 144(a)(3) promulgated under the Securities Act; provided that the Trustee shall be entitled to request and conclusively rely upon an Opinion of Counsel with respect to whether any Note is a Restricted Note.

  • Transfer Restricted Securities means securities that bear or are required to bear the legend set forth in Section 2.06 hereof.

  • Exchange Note means the Closed-End Exchange Note.
