Exchange Securities definition

Exchange Securities shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2(a) hereof.

Exchange Securities means senior notes issued by the Company and guaranteed by the Guarantors under the Indenture containing terms identical to the Securities (except that the Exchange Securities will not be subject to restrictions on transfer or to any increase in annual interest rate for failure to comply with this Agreement) and to be offered to Holders of Securities in exchange for Securities pursuant to the Exchange Offer.

Exchange Securities means senior notes issued by the Company under the Indenture containing terms identical to the Securities (except that the Exchange Securities will not be subject to restrictions on transfer or to any increase in annual interest rate for failure to comply with this Agreement) and to be offered to Holders of Securities in exchange for Securities pursuant to the Exchange Offer.

Exchange Securities has the meaning ascribed to it in the second introductory paragraph of this Indenture.

Exchange Securities. The 10 5/8% Senior Notes due 2013, of the same series under the Indenture as the Initial Securities and the Guarantees attached thereto, to be issued to Holders in exchange for Transfer Restricted Securities pursuant to this Agreement.
