Cash Pay. Out of Unused Sick Leave Credits Upon retirement or voluntary leave from the workforce as defined in Article 43, Severance Allowance, regular full-time and regular part-time employees shall be paid in cash an amount equivalent to forty percent (40%) of unused sick leave credits calculated at the employee’s rate of pay at retirement.

Cash Pay. We will be happy to accept cash pay patients. Payment is due at the time service is rendered and you will receive a receipt. If you have insurance and we are not a preferred provider, you may pay by cash and may be reimbursed by your insurance company if allowed.
