Exchange Security definition

Exchange Security or a "Registrable Security" shall include a reference to the related Guarantee.
Exchange Security means any Security issued in exchange for an Original Security or Original Securities pursuant to the Exchange Offer or otherwise registered under the Securities Act and any Security with respect to which the next preceding Predecessor Security of such Security was an Exchange Security.
Exchange Security means a security in global or definitive form substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit E to this Sixth Supplemental Indenture.

Exchange Security means any Security issued by the Company (i) pursuant to the Exchange Offer, (ii) upon the registration of transfer of a Security registered for resale on a Resale Registration Statement or (iii) upon the transfer of, or in exchange for, Securities that are Exchange Securities.
