Existing AUM definition

Existing AUM means the investment assets held in any Account managed by the Investment Manager as of the Second Amendment Effective Date. For the avoidance of doubt, any investments made after the Second Amendment Effective Date representing the reinvestment of Existing AUM shall cease to be classified as “Existing AUM” and shall accordingly be classified as “Prospective AUM” as of the date of such reinvestment.
