Exempt Facilities definition

Exempt Facilities means facilities which qualify as "sewage or solid waste disposal facilities" or "air or water pollution control facilities" as defined in the 1954 Code and which qualify as a "project" under the Act.

Exempt Facilities means facilities for the local furnishing of natural gas within the meaning of Section 142(a)(8) of the Code.

Exempt Facilities shall have the meaning specified in the Exempt Facilities Agreement.

Examples of Exempt Facilities in a sentence

• Notification Date means September 26, 2016 at 2:00 p.m., after which all New Solar Net Metering Facilities that are not Cap Exempt Facilities shall generate Market Net Metering Credits as determined pursuant to M.G.L. c.164, § 139(b½).
