Residential Rental Property; Qualified Residents The Borrower represents, as of the date of the Regulatory Agreement, and warrants, covenants and agrees as follows: (a) The Project is being owned and operated for the purpose of providing qualified residential rental housing, consisting of one mobile home Space for each household, together with facilities which are Functionally Related and Subordinate to such Spaces.
