Environmental Reserve definition

Environmental Reserve means the reserve to be created by Chemtura Corporation and the Subsidiary Debtors to hold a contribution of Cash from Chemtura Corporation and the Subsidiary Debtors in an amount to be determined by the Bankruptcy Court or agreed to by the Debtors (with the consent of the Creditors’ Committee and the Ad Hoc Bondholders’ Committee, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld) and the holders of Disputed Environmental Claims, which reserve shall be held for the benefit of holders of Allowed Environmental Claims for distribution according to the procedures set forth in Article IX.
Environmental Reserve means a reserve determined by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion for costs associated with (a) the generation, use, handling, transportation, storage, treatment or disposal of any Hazardous Materials, (b) exposure to any Hazardous Materials or (c) any Release.
Environmental Reserve means dedicated lands that are provided to a municipality or to the Crown, as the case may be, pursuant to section 185;

Examples of Environmental Reserve in a sentence

  • The developer shall install and maintain a temporary construction fence on the private property line with the adjacent Environmental Reserve to protect public lands prior to the commencement of any stripping and grading related to the site and during all phases of construction.

More Definitions of Environmental Reserve

Environmental Reserve means dedicated lands that are provided to a municipality or to the Crown, as the case may be, pursuant to section 185;(q.1) “financial interest” means a financial interest within the meaning of The Cities Act, The Municipalities Act and The Northern Municipalities Act, 2010, as the case may be;
