Environmental Release definition

Environmental Release means any spilling, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, escaping, leaching, dumping, disposing or migration into the environment.
Environmental Release means a release as defined in CERCLA or under any other Environmental Law.
Environmental Release means any release, spill, emission, leaking, injection, deposit, disposal, discharge, dispersal, leaching or migration into the atmosphere, soil, surface water or groundwater.

Environmental Release. The term Environmental Release shall mean any intentional or unintentional releasing, spilling, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, escaping, leaching, disposing, abandoning, discarding or dumping of any Toxic Substance (hereinafter defined) from, on, into or about the land, water or air of the Premises, the Building, the common areas in the Building or the real property surrounding the Building.
Environmental Release means any spilling, leaking, pumping, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, escaping, leaching, migrating, dumping, or disposing of Hazardous Materials into the Environment, including the abandonment or discarding of any containers.
