Environmental Release definition
Environmental Release means any spilling, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, escaping, leaching, dumping, disposing or migration into the environment.
Environmental Release means a release as defined in CERCLA or under any other Environmental Law.
Environmental Release means a release, spill, emission, leaking, pumping, injection, deposit, disposal, discharge, dispersal, leaching or migration of Hazardous Materials into the indoor or outdoor environment or into or out of any property, including the movement of Hazardous Materials through or in the air, soil, surface water, ground water or other property.

Environmental Release means any spilling, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, escaping, migrating, leaching, dispersal, dumping or disposing into or through the indoor or outdoor environment.
