Entire Project definition

Entire Project means the proposed development of the Land and surrounding land owned by the Developer for the purposes of a residential subdivision, of which the Development forms a part. Force Majeure Event means any event or circumstance, or a combination of events or circumstances:
Entire Project as used in the Amended Lease is hereby amended to mean, collectively, the Existing Project, the New Greenburgh Project and any other portion of the Property not included in the Existing Project or the New Greenburgh Project and all landscaping, parking facilities, buildings and other improvements and appurtenances related to such portion of the Property.
Entire Project means the cumulative sum of this Project and all Separate ECMs performed under the Separate ECM Contracts.

  • Landlord is currently in the process of upgrading the electric infrastructure of the Entire Project (the “Powerhouse Upgrade”).

  • The parties waive trial by jury in any action, proceeding or counterclaim brought by the other party hereto related to matters arising out of or in any way connected with this Lease; the relationship between Landlord and Tenant; Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Premises, the Buildings or the Entire Project; or any claim of injury or damage related to this Lease or the Premises, the Buildings or the Entire Project.

  • Net Construction Cost of Entire Project Percent Fee Oklahoma State Statute requires that a licensed engineer must design any facility that affects public health or safety.

  • In Landlord’s reasonable determination, no later than one (1) day before the Term Expiration Date, Tenant shall engage and pay for an Environmental Phase 1 study of the Premises and areas of the Entire Project that may have been affected by Tenant’s use of the Premises to be conducted by a consultant of Landlord’s choice.


More Definitions of Entire Project

Entire Project or “overall Project” means the public works project specified in a bid package generated by the Lead Agency pursuant to Chapter 39.04 RCW for the purpose of hiring a contractor to complete the specified Project. The bid package shall be chip sealing, striping, crack sealing, and other associated work to certain specified streets within all of the Parties’ corporate boundaries as further set forth in and Section 5 of this Agreement. The bid package shall include all drawings, specifications, documents, estimates, paperwork, bid forms, and bid bonds relevant to the work to be performed.

Related to Entire Project

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 CFR 184.4.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Condominium project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;
