ENOI definition

ENOI means Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., a Delaware corporation, an affiliate of Seller and the operator and co-licensee with ENVY under the NRC License.
ENOI means Entergy New Orleans, Inc., a Louisiana corporation.
