NRC License definition

NRC License means Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-28 and any amendments thereto on the basis of which ENVY and ENOI are authorized to own, possess and operate the Facilities and Nuclear Material prior to the Closing Date, and on the
NRC License means all rights, permits, licenses, approvals and privileges (including all Permits) granted to a Person from time to time by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. ​
NRC License means any and all licenses, permits, approvals or other official acts by the NRC on the basis of which Boston Edison is authorized to own, possess and operate PNPS, including but not limited to Facility Operating License No. DPR-35 "NRC Regulations" are the regulations from time to time promulgated by the NRC and in effect, including but not limited to those found at 10 C.F.R., Part 50.

  • Purchaser acknowledges that during the Interim Period, ENVY and ENOI, as the licensed owner and operator of the Facilities, respectively, retain the exclusive responsibility for safe operation of the Facilities, and nothing in this Agreement shall in any way alter the licensed owner’s and operator’s duties or obligations under any Law or the NRC License.

  • ENVY has not received any written notification by the NRC which remains unresolved that ENVY or ENOI is in material violation of the NRC License, any such Permit or any order, rule, regulation or decision of the NRC with respect to the Facilities.

  • At or prior to the Closing, Purchaser shall obtain a release effective as of the Closing of Entergy and its Affiliates (other than ENVY), with respect to all obligations arising under the ENVY Agreements, NRC License, and settlement agreements, MOUs and similar agreements with Governmental Authorities set forth in Section 6.11(e) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, this Section 4.18 contains the exclusive representations and warranties of the Seller Parties concerning the NRC License and any permit, certificate, license, consent, approval, exemption, registration or similar authorization issued by the NRC.

  • NorthStar shall provide a copy to VDH and ANR of the work plan for the Final Status Survey for NRC License Termination.


More Definitions of NRC License

NRC License has the meaning assigned to such term in the Plan of Reorganization.
NRC License means License SMB-911 (Docket No. 40-7580), as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, including as amended in connection with approval of the Amended Decommissioning Plan.
NRC License means the NRC Operating License No DPR–72, Docket No. 50–302 for the CR-3 Facility and the NRC-Licensed Site, and all amendments thereto.
NRC License means License SMB-911 (Docket No. 40-7580), as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time at the request, or with the consent, of Fansteel or Reorganized Fansteel, as the case may be, including as amended in connection with approval of the Amended Decommissioning Plan.
NRC License means a license issued by the NRC, or by a State exercising authority under an Agreement with the NRC, for a uranium mill authorizing milling and processing Operations or other processing which results in production of source materials and/or 11(e)(2) byproduct material as defined in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
NRC License means Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-35 and any amendments thereto on the basis of which ENGC and ENOI are authorized to own, possess and operate the Facilities and Nuclear Material prior to the Closing Date, and on the basis of which ENGC, under the ownership of Purchaser and subject to the approval contemplated under Section 6.4(c), are authorized to own and possess the Facilities and Nuclear Material on and after the Closing Date.
NRC License means the NRC Source Materials License SUA 1580, as amended, covering activities at both the Churchrock Project and the Crownpoint Project.
