Wireline means a cable containing one or more electrical conductors which is used to lower and raise logging tools in the well-bore.
Wireline means services provided using a physically tangible means of transmission, including without limitation wire or cable, and the apparatus used for such transmission.
Wireline are Telecommunications Services provided by Qwest or other non-CMRS Telecommunications Carriers. These services are provided via a fixed landline network where the End User Customers are stationary.
