energy management system means a set of interrelated or interacting elements of a plan which sets an energy efficiency objective and a strategy to achieve that objective;
PJM Management means the officers, executives, supervisors and employee managers of PJM. PJM Manuals:
Base Load Generation Resource means a Generation Capacity Resource that operates at least 90 percent of the hours that it is available to operate, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.
PJM EIS GATS means the PJM Environmental Information Services, Inc. Generation Attribute Tracking System.
Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;
Procurement Management means the Director of Lee County’s Procurement Management Department or designee.
Management System means an integrated set of interrelated and documented elements to prevent, control and improve the performance of a facility or group of facilities related to industrial safety, operational safety and environmental protection in the sector which the Contractor shall implement throughout the performance of the Petroleum Activities in compliance with the requirements set forth in Articles 13, 14 and 16 of the Law of the National Agency for Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection of the Hydrocarbons Sector and the other Applicable Laws.
Network Operating Agreement means an executed agreement that contains the terms and conditions under which the Network Customer shall operate its facilities and the technical and operational matters associated with the implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.

Integrated pest management means careful consideration of all available plant protection methods and subsequent integration of appropriate measures that discourage the development of populations of harmful organisms and keep the use of plant protection products and other forms of intervention to levels that are economically and ecologically justified and reduce or minimise risks to human health and the environment. ‘Integrated pest management’ emphasises the growth of a healthy crop with the least possible disruption to agro-ecosystems and encourages natural pest control mechanisms;
Utilization management section means “you or your authorized representative.” Your representative will also receive all notices and benefit determinations.
Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
Show Management means Questex Expositions, Questex LLC, its co-sponsors and their respective agents, employees and affiliates; (d) “Hall Manage- ment” means the owner or manager of the facility in which the Show is conducted, and its employees and agents; and (e) “Hall” means the facility in which the Show is conducted.
Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.
Property management system means the Contractor’s system or systems for managing and controlling Government property.
Connectivity means the provision of a Permanent Separated Bicycle Lane system that reflects desired routes between all major origins and destinations in the city.
Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.
Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.
Train Loading Infrastructure means conveyors, stockpile areas, blending and screening facilities, stackers, re‑claimers and other infrastructure reasonably required for the loading of iron ore, freight goods or other products onto the relevant Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port; and
Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.
Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;
Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").
Renewable energy system means a fixture, product, device, or interacting group of fixtures, products, or devices on the customer's side of the meter that use 1 or more renewable energy resources to generate electricity. Renewable energy system includes a biomass stove but does not include an incinerator or digester.
