Employment Letters definition

Employment Letters has the meaning set forth in the Recitals of this Agreement.
Employment Letters means the letter agreements with the Key Employees entered into between Buyer (or its Affiliate) and each Key Employee.

Employment Letters means the letters dated as of the Closing Date confirming the continuation of the employment of the Contracted Employees who are not based in the UK by the Acquired Companies under the terms of each respective letter, and acknowledging that Xxxxxx shall be bound by each such employee's existing employment agreement, as modified by the applicable letter, and that Xxxxxx shall be entitled to the rights and benefits thereunder.
