Eligible Tribal Member definition

Eligible Tribal Member means an Eligible Tribal Member as defined by a Tribal Council approved Program.
Eligible Tribal Member means a living enrolled member of the Band pursuant to Section 2 of the Articles of Association, who is not less than twenty-one (21) years of age and not otherwise excluded from receiving such payments in accordance with RTC § 6.303(a).
Eligible Tribal Member means a Tribal Member who is eligible to receive Per Capita Payments by the terms of this Ordinance and other applicable Tribal law.

  • At the expiration of the Occupancy Interest as provided in 29 M.P.T.L., ch.2 §1(a)(1), the Surviving Spouse must sell or transfer the Assignment to an Eligible Tribal Member after giving the Tribe the right of first refusal.

  • Upon Recording an Instrument evidencing a permitted conveyance of an Assignment, the Eligible Tribal Member to whom the Assignment is conveyed shall be the Assignee for all purposes of this Assignment Law.

  • This Code is established pursuant to the authority vested in the Tribal Council by the Constitution of the Tribe, and pursuant to the Tribal General Welfare Exclusion Act of 2014, codified under Internal Revenue Code Section 139E, which excludes from gross income, for income tax purposes, the value of general welfare assistance that may be provided to an Eligible Tribal Member.

  • Except as expressly permitted under this Law with respect to the rights of a Loan Program Lender, any purported Assignment to a corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership, or entity other than a natural person, whether the same is wholly owned or controlled by an Eligible Tribal Member orEligible Tribal Members and whether or not the same is chartered or created under Tribal Law, shall be null, void and of no effect.

  • Designated member means the spouse, child, grandchild, parent, brother, or sister of a deceased individual who owned an interest in a wholesaler, who is entitled to inherit the deceased individual's ownership interest in the wholesaler under the terms of the deceased individual's will, or who has otherwise been designated in writing by the deceased individual to succeed the deceased individual in the wholesaler's business, or is entitled to inherit such ownership interest under the laws of intestate succession of this state. With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.

  • Additional Member has the meaning set forth in Section 12.02.
