Electronic Interface definition

Electronic Interface. Direct access to Operations Support Systems consisting of preordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing functions. Emergency Services: Law enforcement, fire, ambulance, rescue, and medical services. Emergency Service Number (ESN): A three to five digit number that represents a unique combination of Emergency Services in one or more ESZs.

  • The provisioning of CPNI from CenturyLink to CLEC shall be accomplished through the preordering Electronic Interface.

  • If the Electronic Interface is not available, Orders may be placed by telephone, as described in section 1.c. If a Purchase Order is not complete prior to the Order Cut-Off Time (as defined below), the Order will not be processed.

  • For simple services number reservations and aging of Embarq’s numbers, Embarq shall provide real-time confirmation of the number reservation when the Electronic Interface has been implemented.

  • Until the Electronic Interface is available, Embarq agrees that the NEAC or similar function will accept CLEC orders.

  • Upon establishment of an Electronic Interface, Embarq shall notify CLEC via such electronic interface upon completion of trouble report.

  • In the event the Electronic Interface service is unavailable, an Authorized Person for the Authorized Participant may call the Marketing Agent’s telephone representative at the number listed on the Order Form prior to the Order Cut-Off Time to receive an Order Number, as described further below.

  • Notwithstanding the forgoing, the Authorized Participant acknowledges that references to the applicable Electronic Interface User Guide (or any successor documents) contained herein are for instructional purposes only, and such Electronic Interface User Guide (or any successor documents) does not contain any additional representations, warranties or obligations by the Trust, the Trustee, the Transfer Agent, the Distributor or their respective agents.

Electronic Interface means a secure information technology platform, portal, exchange network or other similar interface maintained by, or on behalf of, the CPA, which requires personal log-in details;

As used herein, End User does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement, nor any Interexchange Carrier (IXC), Competitive Access Provider (CAP) or Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) provider (also known as a Wireless Carrier) or their retail customers.
Electronic Interface means the ability of the System to transfer data between it and a computer System of Client or Carve-Out Vendor without human manipulation.

  • Electronic Version/Copy means a digital form consisting of text, images or both readable on computers or other electronic devices that includes all content that the Original and Hard Copy proposals contain. The digital form may be submitted using a compact disc (cd) or USB flash drive. The electronic version/copy can NOT be emailed.
