Electrical Interconnection Agreement definition

Electrical Interconnection Agreement means the Interconnection and Operating Agreement, dated as of May 16, 2000, between Entergy Louisiana, Inc. and Cleco, as assigned by Cleco to the Borrower.
Electrical Interconnection Agreement means the interconnection agreement between LSP-Xxxxxxx Energy, LLC and Commonwealth Edison dated as of July 26, 1999, as may be amended from time to time, providing for the construction and operation of the Interconnection Facilities between the Dedicated Units and Electrical Transmission System.

  • For purposes of clarity, Seller shall not have the right to sell any Maximum Net Dependable Capacity, Energy and Ancillary Services from an RMR Unit to any party other than Buyer or the ISO during the “Condition 1” Term without the prior written consent of Buyer except as may be required pursuant to any Electrical Interconnection Agreement between Seller and any System Operator(s), as may be required by any Governmental Authority or as specifically provided for in (a), (b) and (c) above.
