Election Filing Date definition

Election Filing Date means December 31 of the Year immediately prior to the first day of the Year (or other Deferral Period described in Section 11 of this Article) for which Base Salary, Incentive Compensation and/or Excess Core Contributions would otherwise be earned.
Election Filing Date means, with respect to awards granted under this Plan during a Plan Year, December 31 of the calendar year next preceding the first day of such Plan Year.
Election Filing Date means December 31 of the Year next preceding the first day of the Year for which Fees would otherwise be earned.

Examples of Election Filing Date in a sentence

  • Such Payment Election shall be effective as of such initial Election Filing Date and shall be irrevocable.

  • The Deferral Election shall be made by, and shall be effective as of, the applicable Election Filing Date.

  • Such Eligible Employee may resume participation in the Plan by completing and filing with the Committee a new Deferral Election by the Election Filing Date for the succeeding calendar year(s).

  • Such Deferral Commitment shall be effective and irrevocable as of the applicable Election Filing Date for the Plan Year.

  • Any such Payment Election must be made in the Deferral Commitment pursuant to which the Deferred Shares were deferred by the applicable Election Filing Date and in accordance with the other requirements applicable to Deferral Commitments in Section 7(a).


More Definitions of Election Filing Date

Election Filing Date means December 31 of the Year immediately prior to the first day of the Year for which Compensation would otherwise be earned.
Election Filing Date means December 31 of the Calendar Year immediately prior to the first day of the Calendar Year for which Base Salary and/or Incentive Compensation would otherwise be earned.
Election Filing Date means December 31 of the Year next preceding the first day of the Year for the Participant’s Base Salary and/or Incentive Compensation would otherwise be earned.
