In the event that the aggregate amount of the Construction/Term Loans subject to Extension Elections exceeds the amount of Extended Construction/Term Loans requested pursuant to the Construction/Term Loan Extension Request, Existing Construction/Term Loans shall be converted to Extended Construction/Term Loans on a pro rata basis based on the amount of Existing Construction/Term Loans included in each such Extension Election (subject to rounding).
