EFIH Notes definition

EFIH Notes has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
EFIH Notes means the 9.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 of EFIH and EFIH Finance Inc., including any guarantees thereof.
EFIH Notes means the 9.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 issued by EFIH and EFIH Finance Inc. under the EFIH Indenture, including any guarantees thereof.
