EB Business means (i) EchoStar’s business of providing online video delivery and satellite video delivery for broadcasters and pay-TV operators, including satellite uplinking/downlinking, transmission services, signal processing, conditional access management, and other services, primarily to DISH Network and Dish Mexico, principally located in Cheyenne, Wyoming and Gilbert, Arizona and (ii) the business operations, revenues, xxxxxxxx and operating activities primarily related to clause (i) above.
