Dynegy Sellers definition

Dynegy Sellers means Dynegy Power Generation, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (which may be converted into a Delaware corporation), Dynegy Gen Finance Co, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and any other applicable Non-DPG Affiliate that will transfer Specified Assets to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement.
