Dutch Account Mandates definition

Dutch Account Mandates means the signature authorities relating to a Dutch Account, as amended from time to time in accordance with the International Account Bank Agreement. “Dutch Accounts” means the accounts established and maintained in the name of Dutch FleetCo. “Dutch Administration Agreement” means the Dutch administration agreement entered into between Dutch FleetCo, the Dutch Administrator and the Dutch Security Trustee dated on or about the Signing Date. “Dutch Administrator” means Hertz Automobielen Nederland B.V., a private company with limited liability (besloten vennootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid), incorporated and existing under Dutch law, with its corporate seat in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, having its registered address at Siriusdreef 62, 2132 WT Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, registered with the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 34049337. “Dutch Administrator Default” has the meaning specified in Sub-Clause 9.2 (Term of Agreement; Removal of Dutch Administrator) of the Dutch Administration Agreement. “Dutch Advance” has the meaning given to “Advance” in clause 2.3(a) of the Dutch Facility Agreement. 81 CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION REDACTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION.   • Account Manager means a Person that acts as an agent and attorney-in- fact to buy or sell Swaps via the SEF operated by BSEF in the name and on behalf of another Person. An Account Manager may also be a Participant.

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and

  • Acceptable earned value management system means an earned value management system that generally complies with system criteria in paragraph (b) of this clause.

  • Number of Students Who Began the Program means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period.

  • relevant Minister means the Secretary of State or the Minister for the Cabinet Office;

  • Data Protection Officer takes the meaning given in the UK GDPR;

  • Safety Management System has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.

  • aerodrome control service means air traffic control service for aerodrome traffic;

  • Pest Management Plan and “PMP” means the Recipient’s plan dated March 9, 2010, which: (i) addresses the concerns relating to the Project risks associated with potential increases in the use of pesticides for agricultural production, intensification and diversification and controlling disease vector populations arising from irrigation schemes; (ii) sets forth mitigation and monitoring measures to be taken during Project implementation and operation to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels; (iii) recommends institutional measures to strengthen national capacities to implement the mitigation and monitoring measures; and (iv) as part of the implementation arrangements, identifies national agencies and other partners that could play a vital role in the success of the Project.

  • Medication administration means the direct application of medications by injection, inhalation, ingestion, or any other means to an individual receiving services by (i) persons legally permitted to administer medications or (ii) the individual at the direction and in the presence of persons legally permitted to administer medications.

  • Emergency medical services provider means a person who has received formal training in prehospital and emergency care, and is licensed to attend any person who is ill or injured or who has a disability. Police officers, firefighters, funeral home employees and other persons serving in a dual capacity one of which meets the definition of “emergency medical services provider” are “emergency medical services providers” within the meaning of this chapter.

  • Security Management Plan means the Supplier's security management plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of schedule 2 an outline of which is set out in paragraph 2.7 of the Order Form as updated from time to time;

  • Database Management System (“DBMS”) is a computer process used to store, sort, manipulate and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and ALI.

  • air traffic control service means a service provided for the purpose of:

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Paycheck Protection Program means loan program created by Section 1102 of the CARES Act.

  • Traffic control signal means a device, whether manually, electrically, or mechanically operated, by which traffic is alternately directed to stop and permitted to proceed.

  • Agency Chief Contracting Officer or “ACCO” shall mean the position delegated authority by the Agency Head to organize and supervise the procurement activity of subordinate Agency staff in conjunction with the City Chief Procurement Officer.

  • Security Policy Framework means the Cabinet Office Security Policy Framework (available from the Cabinet Office Security Policy Division);

  • Earned value management system means an earned value management system that complies with the earned value management system guidelines in the ANSI/EIA-748.
