SIGNATURE AUTHORITIES. The Bank may rely upon the Account Application or any signature card or other resolution or designation of authorized signatories delivered by the Client in respect of an account, until the Client has delivered to the Bank an appropriately executed resolu tion or other written document revoking or modifying the authorizations contained therein and the Bank has had a reasonable time to act thereon.
SIGNATURE AUTHORITIES. The Branch shall be entitled to rely upon any Signature Card or other resolution or designation of authorized signatories delivered by the Depositor in respect of an Account, until the Depositor has delivered to the Branch an appropriately executed resolution or other written document revoking or modifying the authorizations contained therein and the Branch has had a reasonable time to act thereon.
SIGNATURE AUTHORITIES. 1. Agency agrees that it has the means to provide adequate expertise and has support staff available to perform the functions being subdelegated. The support staff may include consultants or state services. Agency shall ensure that any contracts entered into with consultants, contractors or subcontractors shall adhere to the same requirements as those required of Agency under this Agreement.
