DSCR Available Cash definition

DSCR Available Cash means, as of any Calculation Date, an amount equal to the excess of (a) the sum of the aggregate Rental Payments (not including any Maintenance Reserves which may be Rental Payments) actually received by the ACS Group during the six-month period ending on such Calculation Date over (b) the sum of the aggregate Re-leasing Expenses incurred by the ACS Group during the six-month period ending on such Calculation Date.
DSCR Available Cash means, as of any Calculation Date, an amount equal to the difference between (a) the sum of the aggregate Rental Payments (not including any maintenance reserves which may be Rental Payments) actually received by the ACS Group during the six-month period ending on such Calculation Date and (b) the sum of the aggregate Re-leasing Expenses incurred by the ACS Group during the six-month period ending on such Calculation Date.
DSCR Available Cash means, as of any Calculation Date, an amount equal to the amount, if positive, equal to (a) the sum of, without duplication, (x) the aggregate Rental Payments, Usage Fees and End of Lease Payments actually received by an Issuer Group Member, (y) the aggregate amount of Rental Payments and Usage Fees transferred from the Asset Purchase Account to the Collections Account pursuant to the terms of this Indenture and (z) the sum of (i) the aggregate amounts transferred from the Available Security Deposit Amount in the Security Deposit Account to the Expense Account or to the applicable Series Account or to the Liquidity Facility Reserve Account or paid to the Initial Liquidity Facility Provider, as applicable, and (ii) the aggregate Excess Proceeds Applied Amount for the Initial Notes, in each case, on any of the previous five Payment Dates or on such related Payment Date, in the case of clauses (a)(x), (y) and (z) during the six-month period ending on such Calculation Date minus (b) the sum of (x) the sum of the aggregate Senior Rent Based Fees actually paid by each Issuer Group Member and (y) the aggregate Unfunded Maintenance Reimbursement Amount, in the case of clauses (b)(x) and (y), during the six-month period ending on such Calculation Date; provided that, if an Asset Disposition has occurred with respect to any Asset during such six-month period, the amounts described in clauses (a) and (b) of this definition attributable to such Asset as of each such Payment Date shall be disregarded for the purposes of the calculation of DSCR Available Cash for such period.

DSCR Available Cash means, as of any Determination Date, an amount equal to the difference between (a) the sum of the aggregate Rental Payments (including Maintenance Reserve collections) actually received by an Issuer Group Member (including amounts representing Rental Payments transferred from the Aircraft Purchase Account to the Collections Account pursuant to Section 3.06(a)) during the six-month period ending on such Determination Date and (b) the sum of the aggregate Servicing Fees actually paid by an Issuer Group Member and Required Expense Amounts (excluding any maintenance expenditures funded out of the Maintenance Reserve Account) for payment of Expenses that were paid or reimbursed and included in such Required Expense Amounts, on each Payment Date during the six-month period ending on such Determination Date; provided that if an Aircraft Disposition has occurred with respect to any Aircraft during such six-month period, Rental Payments and Servicing Fees attributable to any Lease for such Aircraft shall be disregarded for purposes of the calculation of DSCR Available Cash for such period.

Related to DSCR Available Cash

  • Net Available Cash from an Asset Disposition means cash payments received (including any cash payments received by way of deferred payment of principal pursuant to a note or installment receivable or otherwise and net proceeds from the sale or other disposition of any securities received as consideration, but only as and when received, but excluding any other consideration received in the form of assumption by the acquiring person of Indebtedness or other obligations relating to the properties or assets that are the subject of such Asset Disposition or received in any other non-cash form) therefrom, in each case net of:

  • Available Cash Flow means an amount, with respect to each Fiscal Year or portion thereof during the Term, equal to the excess, if any, of the Operating Profit over the Owner’s Priority.

  • Available Cash means, with respect to any Quarter ending prior to the Liquidation Date:

  • Cash Flow Available for Debt Service for any period, means (i) Cash Flow received during such period minus (ii) (A) all O&M Costs paid during such period and (B) if an Equity Cure has been made in any fiscal quarter during the period for which Cash Flow Available for Debt Service is calculated, the lesser of the aggregate amount of (x) such Equity Cure during such period and (y) the aggregate amount of cash distributions paid by the Company during such period.

  • Net Available Proceeds means:

  • Distributable Cash Flow means the cash flow available for distribution to Shareholders as dividends as described under “Dividends”;

  • Cash Available for Distribution means the Available Cash other than Net Sales Proceeds.

  • Free Cash Flow means, for any Person for any period, EBITDA plus cash interest income of such Person for such period, less income taxes, Capital Expenditures and Investments (to the extent made in compliance with this Agreement), Scheduled Debt Service (if any) and variations in working capital made in the ordinary course of business, with respect to such period.

  • Consolidated Cash Flow Available for Fixed Charges means, with respect to any Person for any period:

  • Distributable Cash means all cash, revenues and funds received by the Company from Company operations, less the sum of the following to the extent paid or set aside by the Company: (i) all principal and interest payments on indebtedness of the Company and all other sums paid to lenders; (ii) all cash expenditures incurred incident to the normal operation of the Company’s business; (iii) such Reserves as the Managers deem reasonably necessary to the proper operation of the Company’s business.

  • Total Available Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).

  • Excess Cash Flow means, for any period, an amount equal to the excess of:

  • Net Loss Proceeds means the aggregate cash proceeds received by the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries in respect of any Event of Loss, including, without limitation, insurance proceeds, condemnation awards or damages awarded by any judgment, net of:

  • Class B Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class B Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (b) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class B Floating Percentage of the Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Eligible Cash means cash held in a segregated restricted deposit account maintained with and pledged to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lender Secured Parties, as security for the Obligations, and in which the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lender Secured Parties, has a first priority perfected security interest.

  • Excess Cash Flow Application Date as defined in Section 2.12(c).

  • Excess Cash Flow Period means each fiscal year of the Borrower commencing with and including the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018.

  • Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to the March 2008 Transfer Date and each Transfer Date thereafter, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Excess Available Funds Percentages with respect to the immediately preceding three Monthly Periods and the denominator of which is three.

  • Cumulative Excess Cash Flow means the amount equal to the sum of Excess Cash Flow (but not less than zero for any Fiscal Year) for the Fiscal Year ending on December 31, 2022 and Excess Cash Flow (but not less than zero in any Fiscal Year) for each succeeding and completed Fiscal Year.

  • Adjusted Operating Surplus means, with respect to any period, (a) Operating Surplus generated with respect to such period less (b) (i) the amount of any net increase in Working Capital Borrowings (or the Partnership’s proportionate share of any net increase in Working Capital Borrowings in the case of Subsidiaries that are not wholly owned) with respect to such period and (ii) the amount of any net decrease in cash reserves (or the Partnership’s proportionate share of any net decrease in cash reserves in the case of Subsidiaries that are not wholly owned) for Operating Expenditures with respect to such period not relating to an Operating Expenditure made with respect to such period, and plus (c) (i) the amount of any net decrease in Working Capital Borrowings (or the Partnership’s proportionate share of any net decrease in Working Capital Borrowings in the case of Subsidiaries that are not wholly owned) with respect to such period, (ii) the amount of any net decrease made in subsequent periods in cash reserves for Operating Expenditures initially established with respect to such period to the extent such decrease results in a reduction in Adjusted Operating Surplus in subsequent periods pursuant to clause (b)(ii) above and (iii) the amount of any net increase in cash reserves (or the Partnership’s proportionate share of any net increase in cash reserves in the case of Subsidiaries that are not wholly owned) for Operating Expenditures with respect to such period required by any debt instrument for the repayment of principal, interest or premium. Adjusted Operating Surplus does not include that portion of Operating Surplus included in clause (a)(i) of the definition of “Operating Surplus.”

  • Excess Cash Flow Percentage 50%; provided that the Excess Cash Flow Percentage shall be reduced to (a) 25% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 3.75 to 1.00 and (b) to 0% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 2.25 to 1.00.

  • Maximum Available Minutes is the sum of all Deployment Minutes across all Apps deployed by Customer in a given Azure subscription during a billing month.

  • Consolidated Income Available for Debt Service for any period means Earnings from Operations of the Company and its Subsidiaries plus amounts which have been deducted, and minus amounts which have been added, for the following (without duplication): (i) interest on Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries, (ii) provision for taxes of the Company and its Subsidiaries based on income, (iii) amortization of debt discount, (iv) provisions for gains and losses on properties and property depreciation and amortization, (v) the effect of any noncash charge resulting from a change in accounting principles in determining Earnings from Operations for such period and (vi) amortization of deferred charges.

  • Excess Cash shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.2(b)(vii) hereof.

  • Class A Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class A Floating Percentage of Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date, (b) the Class A Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (c) the amount of funds, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which, pursuant to subsection 4.12(d), are required to be included in Class A Available Funds with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Adjusted Cash Flow for any fiscal year shall mean Consolidated Net Income of the Borrower for such fiscal year (after provision for taxes) plus the amount of all net non-cash charges (including, without limitation, depreciation, deferred tax expense, non-cash interest expense, amortization and other non-cash charges) that were deducted in arriving at such Consolidated Net Income for such fiscal year, minus the amount of all non-cash gains and gains from sales of assets (other than sales of inventory and equipment in the normal course of business) that were added in arriving at such Consolidated Net Income for such fiscal year.
