Expense Amounts definition

Expense Amounts the collective reference to amounts required to be paid pursuant to (i) subsections 2.17(a), 2.17(b), 2.17(c) and 2.17(d) and (ii) subsections 2.22, 2.23, 2.24 and 11.5 (to the extent that the Managing Facility Agent, the Administrative Agent or a Purchaser has made a demand therefor).
Expense Amounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.02(a).
Expense Amounts means any of the following to the extent related to, or arising in connection with, the exercise, proposed exercise, or potential exercise of any Specified Call Right:

Examples of Expense Amounts in a sentence

  • With respect to any Series of Certificates, the manner and priority of the allocation of Realized Losses, Administrative Fees, Eligible Expenses, Allowable Expense Amounts and Extraordinary Trust Expenses, if any, on any Distribution Date among the Classes, if any, of such Series shall be as set forth in the related Series Supplement.

  • If the Managing Member in consultation with the Administrator has determined that Available Amounts will be sufficient to pay all currently anticipated Senior Expense Amounts on the next Repayment Date, the Borrower may pay on any day, regardless of whether such day is a Repayment Date, any Senior Expense Amounts due and payable as of such day.

  • To the extent that the Outstanding Purchase Price has not been reduced to zero on the date the Amortization Period ends pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition of such term, interest shall accrue pursuant to this subsection 2.17(c) regardless of whether the Seller shall be obligated to pay Expense Amounts under subsection 2.18.

  • The Seller shall not be obligated to pay pursuant to this subsection 2.18 any Expense Amounts which accrue after the date the Amortization Period ends; provided that the Seller shall remain obligated to pay any Expense Amount which accrued prior to such date (whether or not claimed prior to such date) so long as a claim for such Expense Amount is made prior to the times set forth in the subsection hereof governing such Expense Amount.

  • Any such Unreimbursed Capital Expense Amounts that are known by Seller as of the Effective Date will be set forth on Schedule E attached to this Agreement.

  • The Transaction Expense Amounts shall be offset against the proceeds of the First Notes and shall be paid to the Buyer’s legal counsel upon the execution hereof.

  • Lessee’s and escrow holder’s obligation to pay any Expense Amounts shall terminate ten (10) years from the date of this Agreement and, upon such date, the escrow holder shall remit any remaining funds in escrow to Lessee and Lessee shall have no obligation to make any further payments to Lessor with respect to such Expense Amounts notwithstanding that such Expense Amounts have not been paid as of such date.
