Expense Amounts definition

Expense Amounts the collective reference to amounts required to be paid pursuant to (i) subsections 2.17(a), 2.17(b), 2.17(c) and 2.17(d) and (ii) subsections 2.22, 2.23, 2.24 and 11.5 (to the extent that the Managing Facility Agent, the Administrative Agent or a Purchaser has made a demand therefor).
Expense Amounts means any of the following to the extent related to, or arising in connection with, the exercise, proposed exercise, or potential exercise of any Specified Call Right:
Expense Amounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.02(a).

Examples of Expense Amounts in a sentence

  • With respect to any Series of Certificates, the manner and priority of the allocation of Realized Losses, Administrative Fees, Eligible Expenses, Allowable Expense Amounts and Extraordinary Trust Expenses, if any, on any Distribution Date among the Classes, if any, of such Series shall be as set forth in the related Series Supplement.

  • Your cost share amount and the Out-Of-Pocket Expense Amounts may be different depending on whether you received covered services from a Prudent Buyer Plan Provider or Non-Prudent Buyer Plan Provider.

  • Expense Amount As defined in Section 11.01(b) hereof.

  • Distribution Expenses means the reasonable costs, excluding overhead, incurred by ZIOPHARM that are directly and reasonably allocable to the distribution of a ZIOPHARM Product with respect to a particular country where such ZIOPHARM Product has been launched, excluding any costs included as a deduction in calculating Net Sales.

  • Cash Expenses means, for any period, the Operating Expenses for the operation of the Property as set forth in an Approved Annual Budget to the extent that such expenses are actually incurred by Borrower minus any payments into the Tax and Insurance Escrow Fund.

  • Transition Expenses The reasonable costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of the Backup Servicer incurred in connection with the transferring the servicing obligations under this Agreement and amending this Agreement to reflect such transfer in an amount not to exceed $100,000.

  • Indemnity Escrow Amount means $3,000,000.

  • Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.

  • Transaction Expenses means any fees or expenses incurred or paid by the Investors, Holdings, the Borrower or any of its (or their) Subsidiaries in connection with the Transactions (including expenses in connection with hedging transactions), this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby.

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.

  • Election expenses means expenses incurred, whether before, during or after the election, on account of, or in respect of, the conduct or management of the election.

  • Indemnification Expenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.11(a).

  • Liquidation Expenses With respect to a Mortgage Loan in liquidation, unreimbursed expenses paid or incurred by or for the account of the Master Servicer or the related Servicers, such expenses including (a) property protection expenses, (b) property sales expenses, (c) foreclosure and sale costs, including court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees, and (d) similar expenses reasonably paid or incurred in connection with liquidation.

  • Reimbursement Amount As defined in Section 2.04.

  • Liquidity Expenses means all Liquidity Obligations other than (i) the principal amount of any Drawings under the Liquidity Facilities and (ii) any interest accrued on any Liquidity Obligations.

  • Common Expenses means expenditures made by or financial liabilities of the association, together with any allocations to reserves.

  • Holdback Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(a).

  • Contribution Amounts the aggregate amount of capital contributions applied by the Borrower to permit the Incurrence of Contribution Indebtedness pursuant to Subsection 8.1(b)(xi).

  • Estimated Transaction Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

  • Company Expenses has the meaning provided in Section 8.3.

  • Unpaid Transaction Expenses has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(c).

  • Professional Fee Escrow Amount means the aggregate amount of Professional Fee Claims and other unpaid fees and expenses Professionals estimate they have incurred or will incur in rendering services to the Debtors prior to and as of the Confirmation Date, which estimates Professionals shall deliver to the Debtors as set forth in Article II.C hereof.

  • Disposition Expenses means reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Servicer in connection with the sale at auction or other disposition of a Leased Vehicle by the Servicer.
