Usage Fees definition

Usage Fees means the basis upon which Software usage fees are determined and as set forth in the applicable Order Form. “Server Cluster” means one or more computers, either physical or virtual, that reads and executes the Software. The terms of this Agreement apply to Your Use of the Software and Documentation whether such has been provided by Blue Planet, or by means an authorized reseller, distributor or systems integrator.
Usage Fees means shall mean with respect to any Purchaser Group or any Non-Conduit Committed Purchaser, the product of:
