Domestic Guarantors definition

Domestic Guarantors means collectively, the Company and each Domestic Subsidiary that is identified as a “Domestic Guarantoron Schedule 5.13 or that becomes a party to the Domestic Guaranty, whether pursuant to Section 6.14 or otherwise.
