D&M Managers means /s/ Dxxxx Xxxxxxx, Cxxxx Xxxxx, Jxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Sxxxxx Xxxxxx, Jxxx Xxxxxx, Mxxx Xxxxxxx, Sxxxxx Xxxx, Cxxxx Xxx, Dxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Cxxx Xxxxxxx and Mxxx Xxxxx, each of them being a “D&M Manager”. In addition, for the purposes only of Clause 22 (and for no other purpose), the following individuals shall also be D&M Managers: Pxxx Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx, Rxxxxx Xxxxxx, Nxxx Xxxxxxx, Jxxxx Xxxxxx, Gxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Jxxx Xxxxx, Sxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Dxxxx Xxxxxxx;
